InBody body composition
A quick scan that shows muscle mass, body fat and body water for each arm, each leg and your torso. Regular scans show whether you are building muscle or losing fat, which the scale alone can't tell you.

Recovery & Body Composition
Recovery and measurement are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Our recovery services and body composition scans support your training and help us adjust your plan over time. They are available at our Dunwoody studio.

At a glance
Body composition scans, circulation sessions, red light therapy and massage to support your training.
Recovery services
Recovery is where training and treatment start to pay off. Each service is available at our Dunwoody studio, on its own or alongside your training and MAT.

A quick scan that shows muscle mass, body fat and body water for each arm, each leg and your torso. Regular scans show whether you are building muscle or losing fat, which the scale alone can't tell you.

BEMER uses a gentle electromagnetic signal designed to support circulation. Sessions can be paired with your MAT, training and recovery work.

Bodywork that ranges from Swedish and deep tissue to myofascial release, timed to support your MAT sessions and your training.

Sessions on EMR-tek red light panels, booked on their own or alongside your training, MAT and other recovery services.

Part of the plan
Training and MAT create the change. Recovery is when your body adapts to it. Good recovery means better sleep, less soreness and fewer setbacks, so you can keep showing up. We use scans, BEMER, red light therapy and massage alongside your sessions, not as stand alone extras.

Your bathroom scale tells you one number. An InBody scan breaks that number down so you can see what is actually changing.
| Measurement | What it means |
|---|---|
| Skeletal muscle mass | The muscle you can build with training |
| Body fat mass and percentage | How much of your weight is fat |
| Segmental lean mass | Muscle in each arm, each leg and your torso, which shows imbalances |
| Visceral fat level | An estimate of fat around your organs, linked to metabolic risk |
| Total body water | Hydration, which affects energy and performance |
| Basal metabolic rate | An estimate of the calories you burn at rest |
Every four to eight weeks is usually enough to see meaningful change.

It gives an estimate of your body composition, including muscle and fat, so you can track changes over time rather than relying on the scale alone.
