Built for you

We start with a full movement assessment and build your program from there. It changes as you progress.

Private sessions and small groups

Most clients train two to four times a week, depending on their goals and recovery. Sessions run 60 to 75 minutes and include a movement check, a targeted warm up, strength work with hands on coaching, and recovery.

Never worked with a trainer, or feeling out of practice? That is completely fine. Our private setting takes the pressure off and every movement is taught step by step.

Small group sessions of up to three people are also available.

Training wherever you are

Remote health and strength coaching

Out of town, or don't need to come into the studio? Robert Johnson, our Health and Performance Coach, works with clients remotely on health and strength coaching, so your training keeps going wherever you are.

Who it is for

Why strength matters more after 40

Illustration: Charcoal kettlebell and sage resistance band on a softly lit pale wood floor.

From around midlife, most of us slowly lose muscle and strength each year unless we do something about it. That loss affects far more than how you look. Muscle helps control blood sugar, protects your joints and bones, keeps your balance sharp and makes everyday life easier.

The encouraging part is that muscle responds to training at any age. Two to three well planned strength sessions a week can make a real difference, as long as the program fits your body and you progress safely.

What good training looks like

  • Built on an assessment, not a template
  • Heavy enough to challenge you, never so much that form breaks down
  • Progressed gradually, with rest built in
  • Adjusted around injuries, travel and busy weeks

Training FAQ

Still have a question? Call us on 470 823 2228 or send us a message and we will get back to you.

Ask our team
I've had injuries. Can I still train?

Usually, yes. Kate's background in MAT and corrective exercise means she can work around most conditions. We talk it through at your consultation.

How soon will I see results?

Most people feel stronger and move better within the first few weeks. Visible changes take longer and depend on consistency, sleep and nutrition.

Can my training link up with my APL medical care?

Yes. With your permission, your coach can see relevant recommendations from your medical team and dietitian.

Where do sessions take place?

At our private studio at 1709 Mt. Vernon Road, Dunwoody, with parking on site. Remote health and strength coaching with Robert is also available if you can't make it into the studio.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Sessions are planned around where you are today. You might be new to training, coming back from injury or chasing a performance goal.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and supportive shoes.
