Book what you need

You don't need to join a care program to work with us. MAT, back pain assessments and training are all available on their own, and they can also be coordinated with your medical care through APL.

Apex Dunwoody is not a medical clinic. Medical care is provided separately by licensed providers through APL.

From Kate

Aging isn't just biology

Kate Bolia, founder of APL

We are told it is normal to slow down, stiffen up and feel tired as we get older. Working with clients in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, I see a different pattern. A lot of what we accept as decline comes from moving less, carrying more stress and losing touch with what keeps us strong.

Muscle and strength naturally start to drop from midlife, and the drop speeds up if we don't use them. The good news is the body keeps responding to the right work at any age. When you build from where you are, rather than forcing it or giving up, things change. You sleep better, move with more confidence and get back to the things you enjoy.
