Your care coordinator looks after appointments, records, messages and follow up. Your medical providers lead every clinical decision, with support from our dietitian, psychotherapist and performance coaches.
You will always know who is responsible for your care and who to contact when you need something.

What is an executive health program?
An executive health program is an ongoing medical relationship built for people with demanding jobs and little time. Instead of a short yearly physical, you get a deeper look at your health, a plan for what to work on, and a team that follows up.
A standard annual physical is often 15 to 20 minutes with a basic set of labs. That is useful for catching obvious problems, but it rarely leaves time to talk through sleep, stress, energy, hormones, body composition or long term heart risk.

Is Executive Care a good fit for me?
It tends to suit people who want our highest level of ongoing medical oversight, have several health or performance goals at once, want more extensive testing and monitoring, and would like someone helping them connect the dots across different areas of their health.
Are diagnostics and outside specialists included?
Advanced testing is chosen for you individually and some tests may carry separate costs. We explain exactly what is included and what is billed separately before you enroll.
What does a typical month look like?
It varies. Some months are a quick check in with your coordinator. Others include labs, a provider visit or a session with the dietitian. Your coordinator lets you know what is coming up.
How do I reach the team?
Your program comes with a dedicated way to contact us. We walk you through how and when to reach the team, including after hours, when you enroll.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. Medical visits, records and communication are handled through HIPAA compliant systems managed by the medical team.
Can I add a family member or partner?
Ask us during your consultation. We will talk through what each person needs and which program fits them best.
