Care Programs

Care that changes with you

Your health changes over time, and your medical care should be able to change with it.

We offer different levels of care because not everyone needs the same amount of testing, monitoring or time with a provider. Programs can be purchased personally or through a participating employer.

Our programs

Three levels of care

Each program gives you a different level of testing, follow up and support. Pick the one that matches what you need right now.

Foundational Care

Baseline insight

For the person who wants to stay ahead of their health.

You may feel healthy but want a much better picture of what is going on beneath the surface. Foundational Care sets a full health baseline and gives you medical guidance through the year.

  • More insight than a routine physical
  • Meaningful lab baselines
  • Clear explanations of your biomarkers, beyond being told they are "normal"

Optimize Care

Active management

For the person who needs more active health management.

Sometimes knowing your numbers isn't enough. Optimize Care gives you more frequent oversight, deeper testing and active management across several areas of health.

  • Changes in hormones, metabolism, energy or body composition
  • More frequent follow up and lab monitoring
  • Therapies that need ongoing medical oversight

Our most comprehensive level of medical oversight.

A close, ongoing relationship with a team that looks after the whole of your health, for busy people with several goals at once.

  • Our highest level of oversight and access
  • Specialists in nutrition, mental health and performance
  • A dedicated care coordinator

Built around you

A structure for your care, not a script

Our programs give your care a structure, but they don't decide your treatment. Two people in the same program can have very different plans. Your provider makes the clinical calls, and we go through what each program includes and costs before you enroll.

Hormone care and some other services are also available without joining a program.

Through your employer

Your company may cover some or all of it

Any of our programs can be offered through a participating employer, either fully paid, partly paid or simply made available for employees to join themselves. If you think your company might be interested, we are happy to talk to them for you.

Sponsorship never gives an employer access to your medical information. Your care stays between you and your medical team, whoever is paying for it.

Still have a question? Call us on 470 823 2228 or send us a message and we will get back to you.

Ask our team
Which program should I choose?

You don't have to decide alone. In your consultation we look at what you need and recommend the right level. You can move between programs as your needs change.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the program and is explained in your consultation, along with anything billed separately.

Can I change programs later?

Yes. You can move between programs as your needs change.

Do you take insurance?

No. APL is a cash based practice, which lets us spend more time with each client.

Can my employer pay for it?

Any of our programs can be offered through a participating employer, either fully paid, partly paid or made available for employees to join themselves.

Where do visits happen?

Most visits happen by telehealth, so you can meet your team from wherever you are. When an in person visit is needed, it takes place in Dunwoody, GA.
