Our Team

The people behind your care

Good care comes down to the people providing it.

APL brings together medical providers, a care coordinator and specialists in nutrition, mental health and performance. Each person has a clear role, so you always know who is doing what.

Physician led, personally delivered

Where good medicine meets people who know you

APL brings medical care, movement and day to day coordination together in one practice. Your providers lead every clinical decision, your coaches and specialists work from the same plan, and your care coordinator makes sure nothing is missed. The result is care that feels personal, because it is.

Kate Bolia, founder of APL

Founder, Apex Performance & Longevity

Kate Bolia

Kate Bolia has spent more than 15 years helping people move better, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies. As the owner of Apex Dunwoody, she takes a personal, detailed approach to helping clients work through pain, physical limitations, and performance goals.

Her background includes certifications in Muscle Activation Techniques, NASM Personal Training, Z-Health, and Functional Range Conditioning, along with training in the McGill Method of back pain assessment. A former Ironman triathlete, she understands both the demands of physical performance and the importance of staying active as we age.

Kate founded Apex Performance & Longevity to bring together personalized medical care, physical performance, and ongoing support. Working alongside an experienced medical director and physician assistant, she is building a coordinated approach to health that fits each client's goals and life.

She continues to work hands-on with clients while leading APL, with a simple goal: helping people feel better today and maintain their health, strength, and independence for the years ahead.

One team

Everyone is working from the same plan

Most people see different specialists who never talk to each other. At APL, your providers, dietitian, therapist and coaches share one plan, with your permission, and stay in touch about your progress. Your care coordinator makes sure nothing falls between the cracks.

In practice, that means your dietitian knows what your provider has recommended, your coach knows what to avoid while an injury settles, and you don't have to repeat your story at every appointment.
