Do I need to know which program I want?

No. Choose "Not sure which program" and we will help you decide.

Are visits in person or online?

Most visits happen by telehealth, so you can meet your team from wherever you are. When an in person visit is needed, it takes place in Dunwoody, GA.

What happens after I send the form?

Should I include medical details?

Please don't include detailed medical information or anything urgent in the form. We go through your history properly at your first visit.

Do you take insurance?

No. APL is a cash based practice. Pricing is explained during your consultation, along with anything billed separately.
