Exclusive Founding-Partner Setup Fee
APL partnerships are intentionally limited, ensuring each clinic receives white-glove onboarding, personalized protocol development, and direct access to advanced peptide strategies. To honor our earliest collaborators, the first five partner clinics receive elite-level onboarding at a reduced rate.
An appointment fee of $249 for visits with Dr. Thomas and $175 for visits with the NP will be payable to APL. These fees cover the professional services and clinical time provided by our medical team.

This exclusive rate is reserved solely for our first five partnering clinics, providing early access to APL systems, methodologies, and proprietary peptide formulations.
Standard Setup Fee
Once the founding cohort is complete, all future partners will onboard at the standard rate. This investment includes intensive clinic integration, Koniver-method training, advanced peptide stacking education, and operational support tailored to your practice’s scale and vision.
A Scalable Monthly Structure for High-Performance Clinics

The monthly service fee encompasses all required supplies for IV therapies, bloodwork, blood transport, and related clinical materials, removing additional purchasing responsibilities for clinics while creating predictable expenses and a structure that rewards successful clinics with greater profitability as they scale their peptide program.
